I called Gerry to get an estimate on getting our office cleaned. He came after an hour to get us an estimate. He came to do our carpet cleaning this morning, and began setting up his equipment. The entire cleaning took about an hour. He was thorough with his cleaning, and the areas that we mentioned had stains, we told him to pass though extra times. Gerry came out to clean out a office carpet in Upland The space had been empty for a while so it was extremely dirt and dusty. After the service it looked brand new. The dust and dirt was all gone. Gerry did our main 3 bedrooms and our very old, dirty couch. He was able to accommodate an earlier start time to fit my family’s needs and showed up promptly at 9am. He had amazing communication, answered all my questions over the phone and made sure to text me all my appointment information. The carpets look new and he was able to lift all spots and worn down areas. Gerry put a lot of care and focus on our sofa.  He spent so much time making sure to meticulously clean all the dirty spots. I let him know last time our couch was cleaned, it was left crunchy and stiff. Thank you for the service the carpet looks amazing I had an incident occurred with my dog because he got sick and he ended up pooping and peeing on the floor.
