I was recently visiting California from Las Vegas and purchased a chair while I was there. I wanted to have it professionally cleaned before bringing it home, but the only problem was that it was a Sunday, when most businesses are closed. I found Complete Interiors Carpet Cleaning in Rancho Cucamonga, and I’m so glad I did! Jerry was able to come out on a Sunday and clean my chair, which was incredibly convenient. He was so nice, professional, and friendly, and another bonus was that he speaks Spanish as well! His prices are extremely reasonable, and I honestly couldn’t believe the difference in my chair. The upholstery looks brand new and is incredibly clean! I wish Jerry was located in Las Vegas because I would absolutely have him clean my tile and carpets, too! If you’re in the Rancho Cucamonga area and need your carpets, upholstery, or other surfaces cleaned, I definitely recommend giving Complete Interiors Carpet Cleaning a call. Great service, great pricing, and a genuinely nice person to work with!Posted on Yelp

Gerry is great! I reached out on a Saturday, he responded quickly and came to see the office we are moving into on Monday. I let him know the square footage of the office but he measured the carpet area himself and it ended up being less than I thought. He quoted me and was able to do the cleaning right then, I said yes please! He did a great job and the carpets look great! Gerry was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend!Posted on Google

Kiara Lee41 days agoI called Gerry to get an estimate on getting our office cleaned. He came after an hour to get us an estimate. He came to do our carpet cleaning this morning, and began setting up his equipment. The entire cleaning took about an hour. He was thorough with his cleaning, and the areas that we mentioned had stains, we told him to pass though extra times. He was attentive, and took his time cleaning our carpet. We used to use a different company, and we're glad we switched to Complete Interiors Carpet Cleaning.+1Posted on Yelp

The dust and dirt was all gone. Used him after to clean the title walkway leading up to the office. Did an amazing job with both and would highly recommend to anyone.Posted on Google

Nicole May61 days agoGerry did our main 3 bedrooms and our very old, dirty couch. He was able to accommodate an earlier start time to fit my family’s needs and showed up promptly at 9am. He had amazing communication, answered all my questions over the phone and made sure to text me all my appointment information. The carpets look new and he was able to lift all spots and worn down areas. Gerry put a lot of care and focus on our sofa. He spent so much time making sure to meticulously clean all the dirty spots. I let him know last time our couch was cleaned, it was left crunchy and stiff. Our couch now is so much cleaner and very soft! I would definitely recommend calling for your next service. THANK YOU GERRY!+1Posted on Google

Ruth G.110 days agoI had my tile cleaned, grout sealed, and my carpets cleaned as well. My carpet had pet stains from my elderly dogs. Gerry did an amazing job getting all the pet stains out. Everything looked and smelled so fresh like the day I moved into my new home. Beforehand he walked me through each room and the process so I knew exactly what to expect and how much it would cost. He also was very communicative for all my questions before, during, and after. I would definitely go through him again.Posted on Yelp

Daniel Song128 days agoMy living room all of a sudden flooded recently due to a slab leak. Gerry gave me a quote over the phone but came to give me a proper estimate. He came in and set up the air movers and dehumidifier. He returned 2 days later to put back the carpets, and steam clean and made sure the place was put back the way it was and also did a little extra to help me make it look extra nice. It's also nice he responds to you directly and promptly. Appreciate the great work!Posted on Google
Sean Kelly133 days agoI usually steam-clean our grout myself. I'd like to say Gerry did as good a job as I would, but I can't. His work is better and he probably did it in 1/4 the time. The grout now looks like Almond, or Santa Fe Sand, or whatever color it is, instead of Chocolate or Brown, or whatever color it was. Awesome And Gerry also cleaned our carpets in the same thorough manner. They look great despite being 20 years old. Wonderful service, very fair pricing, great inegrity (that is hard to find these days). 10/10. I am highly recommending.Posted on Google

Simranjit Singh222 days agoI recently contracted Complete Interiors Carpet Cleaning to service the commercial carpeting at my 4,000+ square foot facility, and I was extremely impressed with the results. Lenny I.1069 days agoOur downstairs game room carpet had not been professionally cleaned in over 20 years, and after bad water damage 7 years ago, we knew it was time to do something about it. We called around to several carpet cleaners but Gerry with Complete Interiors Carpet Cleaning was attentive and eager to help us. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He quoted us a competitive price and was very accommodating with the weird schedule we had available. He did an amazing job, cleaning the carpet, stairs, and even helped us moved some furniture around so the job could be done completely. Later, when we called him with some questions on some areas, he was prompt to ensure our request was answered. If you are looking for a trustworthy and professional company to have working inside your house he and his crew are the best for sure. I will definitely be using his services again in the future for my carpet cleaning needs. Date of visit: October 2023+7Posted on Yelp
Jaylene D.1186 days agoQuick response. Showed up on time. Reasonably priced. Educated me on how to properly clean up spills etc. on carpet. But mainly - did an excellent job. Carpet practically looks and it feels like it did the first day we got it. Thanks Gerry!Posted on Yelp
Brittany R.1207 days agoWe have 3 dogs and let's just say they aren't the best with their potty habits. We had a highly urine stained area of our carpet that was causing our whole room to have a terrible smell. I submitted and inquiry and got a prompt response. I was quoted a fair price and scheduled for the next available appointment. When they arrived they were very friendly and informative. They got the job done in a timely matter and I'm happy with how clean my carpet looks. Gerry is great on following up with you to make sure you are satisfied. I will definitely be using him again. Christian D.1293 days agoGerry from Complete Interior was totally awesome, very professional, and delivered the highest quality service I've seen. Gerry performed a cleaning on all of our carpets and all of our tiles and everything looks brand new. My wife and I are very pleased and have fallen in love with our house again. After seeing the beautiful job that Gerry did, I'm regretful that I didn't do this 5 years ago. Thank you and I will be calling you again in the future.Posted on YelpJill H.1354 days agoIt is truly refreshing to meet people who love what they do! I had the honor of meeting Gerry the business owner who actually does the work. He is so personal and professional, so we hired him. He did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and tile. He was on time and worked his tail off to meet our needs.Posted on YelpD P.1356 days agoMy son was helping me clean some area rugs and we quickly realized we weren't making real progress with some of the heavier (shag) rugs. My son had used Complete Interiors in the past for his home tile and carpet cleaning, so we gave Gerry a call and he was available to come out the same day to give me a quote for cleaning several area rugs and bathroom tile. Gerry came early for my appointment, prepared every area thoroughly and I was very pleased with the attention to detail and the overall results of the cleaning.Posted on YelpChien F.1460 days agoGerry was very nice and follow through.
